What do I do?
Nothing
It’s totally great. You should try it sometime.
Another fun thing. CAMP! Which apparently is some sort of Queer Club at UNC for Graduate Students. And they have CAMP Counselors and guess what, I think I might be one. Muahahaha (evil laugh) because we all know about me and campers!

August 30, 2003 at 1:13 pm | In Uncategorized | 1 CommentSince when am I a hooker?
I only ask because on my way home from drinks with the international crowd I was approached by a car and asked my prices. What the fuck?
Well, the baseball game was fun. I hung out with Amanda the Librarian; Trish was off being social with the rest of SILS, we just watched the game. I had a good time. I like minor league sports. You get to sit close and almost get hit by flying objects–a foul ball last night. Unfortunately I didn’t get the ball, another SILSer got it and I don’t think she even appreciates the ball the way I would. Damn.
Does anyone have any advice for me? For example, how to deal with a 7th Day Adventist? Which liquor to injest next? The best place to pick up guys? How to talk dirty in German? All of this would come in handy right about now.

August 29, 2003 at 1:21 pm | In Uncategorized | Leave a CommentOh JESUS! It’s happening again. Stupid Chapel Hill alcoholism. Wait a minute, I wasn’t really drunk last night. It’s ok. It was the SILS Happy Hour, of which I missed most of. I have a class wiht the ever-attractive Marlan that runs right in the middle of Happy Hour. I don’t dig that, but what can you do? I learned that I know nothing about Science or Art History courtsey of Hell’s trivia night. I don’t like trivia anymore.
Props to Justin and Charles for letting me eat some of their food at Hector’s. I ran into Roommate! at Hector’s. Her real name being Amanda. She was hooking up with Chris. It was cute. I was straying behind the SILSers. I took a detour over to Henderson Street to say hi to Stuart, but that bastard wasn’t working. How am I suppose to sell my mates on a bar with super hot bartenders when they don’t really work there anymore. Geez, I might have to find a new home for myself. Sniffle.

August 27, 2003 at 1:54 pm | In Uncategorized | Leave a CommentI didn’t think I was actually going to drink myself into a stuper. That was suppose to be a joke. Crap. I blame my first year. That’s right I’ve already started collecting new boys. First year actually lives in the same building as me, so the beer will no doubt flow more than it should. Considering last nights adventure it will no doubt be a very interesting semester. I took him to Henderson Street to introduce him to the best bartenders in town. A few pitchers and shots later we ventured to the Old Well where we informed the people there that the frat boys piss in it. They didn’t seem to care and took there good luck drinks anyway. I love uni!
The best part of today in-so-far was seeing the lovely Justin. Such pretty eyes. He really isn’t much of a morning person, but nonetheless looked good. Second best part of today: eating lunch with Jennie D–one kick ass librarian to be and her friend Allison. That’s right there are two of us and we both are super cool. It’s amazing. Now…HOMEWORK aka reading.

And so do O’Doyles!
I had my very first class today. And I like to think that I’m smart, because I knew exactly what the professor was talking about. Or maybe I just think I did…who knows. The most important part of my day, however was seeing the very sexy Marlan. Grrr. If only I were a man! He’d be sooo mine. We laughed, we cried, we decided to go to the SILS baseball game. Ah, librarian bonding. I think we both got shown up by the librarian who went to South Africa. Damn her and her kick ass resume! Oh well….maybe I’ll just drink myself into a stuper.

So I have a little cold. I decide to kill it with NyQuil so I can venture out to the Fall Fest. Three doses later I’m a little hazy but enjoying myself very much at Fall Fest. Free pizza and bread for all, including so-so BBQ. I even got psuedo-interviewed by a Christian group on campus. They asked me how I feel about Jesus. In my hazy state I replied, “Shitty Carpenter.” And even went on to explain that if he talked less and constructed more we might have examples of his work. Praise the Drugs.
Then I actually met Porn-Boy. and you know what? He is almost exactly like Fuck-Boy. It creeped me out. Then he told me that I looked horrible and needed to sleep. Bad Porn-Boy Bad, and he didn’t even give me a good sticker. Poor show.
Off to the SILS picnic—it’s all about the free food.

August 24, 2003 at 5:44 pm | In Uncategorized | Leave a CommentChapel Hill! It’s totally awesome. You should visit sometime. I got back and Trish picked me up. She’s totally great! She helped me move in all my shit and then I did all the stuff I was suppose to; unpack and shit. We decided to go out and celebrate her birthday because in my going to Kansas I missed it and everything. So then…..we headed to Henderson Street–My Bar! Stu, the cute little bartender gave me a hug and decided to kill us with alcohol. I ordered 7 and vodka–he forgot to put the 7 in! After two I was having a little trouble.
Trish and I went to Hell and played pool. I totally rocked one game, then the alcohol set in and I had to go. It was bad. The other two games I played I stank up the place so we went to Hectors and got some food. It turned out to be an early night, so we headed home and were completely out sleeping the sleep of the drunk when Chandler called. It was fabulous. Considering we even harrassed Justin D Google it was an all and all excellent night. I love Carolina!
My computer however is having issues. Serious issues. I had to wipe out my harddrive and reinstall so no more cool stuff for me. I get to start all over. Bummer. C’est le vie.

August 22, 2003 at 7:19 pm | In Uncategorized | Leave a CommentAh…..One Day left. Meaning I fly out tomorrow. I’m totally stoked about it. I mean I get to go to NC where it’s not 109 and Trish is picking me up and everyone knows that she’s the bomb! I’m suppose to be packing right now, but lazy lazy me decided to blog instead. Last night I saw Ultra Fitness Matt and his woman Mandi over at Tyler’s while enjoying yummy homemade ice cream courtsey Heather and the new furnature. We all just hung out. It was a good time. Heather, the ice cream rocked!
THE LAST DAY AT WORK! YEAH! So, Denny, the big manager guy gave me two, yes two t-shirts and a pen. Now I know that they appreciated me. Roy (who kinda looks like my ex-RA Malik) gave me some stickers. That was cool. Good-bye Fingers and Poop-smith. Have fun without me. I must go to Chapel Hill and reek havoc!

August 21, 2003 at 12:53 am | In Uncategorized | Leave a CommentSo I went out to L.I.T. night with the boys tonight. This was after I finished the round of Jayhawks with the very pretty Ms. Erica and her soon to be pierced naval. We got coffee and I got a Free State T-shirt. It was fun. Anyway….the boys and I went to Henry’s. And I saw HIM. You know the guy in high school that everyone was in love with; the one who when he actually talked to you your heart rate went up. You hope that you see him when you’re looking really really good and he notices. The one who you’d leave any current boyfriend for. Well he was called Owen in my case and he is still just as gorgeous now as then. I even talked to him. It was great. He was not as smart as I remember and seemed sad about his lot in life but I would drop out of school to date him for just a little bit. Yes I would.

Till I’m in Chapel Hill. Yippee! (i think)
Last night I went and visited my grandmother in small Kansas town. We went out to eat in the local cafe. For anyone not familiar with small towns the average person is much bigger than people you are used to seeing on college campuses or on television and the cafes have specials like broasted chicken and come with one free trip to the salad bar. It is definately interesting. After dinner all I could really do was be thankful that I did escape the small-town future (hopefully). I mean I did actually leave the country for an extended amount of time. I like to pretend that I left just because Bush got elected; I mean really—who could possibly live with that kind of leader? In reality….well screw reality it’s no fun anyway.
Did you know the English Premiere League has begun. I’ve been watching football the past couple of nights thanks to Mum and Dad’s cable. Last night I got to see Man. United beat Boston L. It was sweet Giggi made this kick ass penalty shot. I love football. How long till the World Cup again?
