After many many months of posting bad pictures of myself and others I get the recognition I deserve. My life is complete, or at least nearing so.
While back in Lawrence I did many fun things. I went to The Pig with Ms. E one night. We talked of blue-footed boobies, stadiums, and Hillary for president. Later I returned to the scene to purchase a t-shirt. I plan on wearing it in Chapel Hill to Reservoir, they will appreciate the greatness that is the t-shirt.
I got some bumper stickers that I’ll post later. I did indeed get this one. I was just so tickled when I saw it on the street that I had to have it.
And I believe I may have come up with at least one good Christmas gift for people.
Oh, and kudos to the Baker’s first edition baby that came in before Thanksgiving. I guess Vroom Vroom wanted to get in on that turkey action.

Even without a Stoudamire you still beat us. Of course since I was cheap and lazy (didn’t get ESPN yet) I “watched” it via espn.com so who knows whether we just sucked or what. I’m hoping that we didn’t just suck. I don’t think I can make it through the season if we just suck.

When I was young I was known as a pickyeatea. My grandmother made me a deal where if I tried new foods for a month she would pay me $50. It was during this time period I discovered I liked tomatoes, fresh broccoli, mushrooms of all sorts and fish. The irony is that her husband will not eat birds that fly and her daughter refuses to eat any fish. But being an adult and refusing to eat certain things is apparently perfectly okay.

I’m serious here. Today I did all the stuff I’ve been putting off for a couple of months. This includes mowing the lawn, cleaning the house, doing the laundry, and writing postcards. My peoples I am sure have been wondering where their postcards have been.
About the postcards. It seems that the price of stamps is going up again after the new year. This means that unless I miraculously start getting paid more the postcards may cease to arrive in your mailboxes. I know that one cent may not seem like a lot, but when you send out 30 or more postcards a week it adds up people. It adds up. And besides my postcard return rate (those who send back) just isn’t worth it. To the five people who do send me postcards I love thee. I truly do.
I’m packing for Thanksgiving. I have to dig out my winter clothes for the trip to Lawrence. It’s still about 70 degrees here, thus I really haven’t broken them out. But out they will come as I hear Kansas is butt-ass cold. Brr.
Oh, part of Sarah got recalled. I’m heading back to the dealer Tuesday morning to get her all fixed up. I really don’t need to be distracted and/or injured while driving. I’m sure that Sarah and the 70,999 tCs will all be taken care of.

Seriously…those shots of Jameson have not made my evening better, just fuzzy. I remember talking to a guy about a hat made from unborn sheep wool….so soft and another guy about selling wine–his job was drinking for a living. Sign me up please.
A big shout out to AJ who talked to me on my one-eyed-pirate way home.
And really….I got nothing.
Happy Birthday DS Wes.
